To maximise the benefit of the time you are spending attending this program, we have provided a list of background material for you to watch, listen and read.
Please start with the Program Overview which puts the following into perspective.
Please also download and read the Introduction to Overcoming Immunity to Change™. It is important that you read this document, watch the video here, then complete the pre-workshop task in that document before you attend the Introductory Workshop.
A printed Program Workbook and Learning Journal will be given to you at the Introductory Workshop.

Your facilitator will be Murray Hopkins. For some sessions Murray will be joined by Anne Sautelle.
As you can see below, we have split the list of pre-reading into sections related to the stages of the program. The first three sections are designed to be looked at before each of the three workshop days. You can of course watch / listen / read all these items before the program. While these items are not pre-requisites for the program, they do provide very useful background material so we recommend that you watch them before the workshop. We recognise that this will require a significant commitment of your time and we understand that some of you might be limited in your remote internet access, so please watch as much as you can.
